YOUTH FITNESS PROGRAMS
YOUTH GROUP FITNESS TRAINING
Fitness training teaches the student how to move and understand their bodies and abilities. During these training sessions, the student will increase their strength, conditioning, agility, and explosiveness. This leads to better self esteem, performance, less injuries and more confidence. This class is fast-paced to keep the kids moving! If anyone has a student that would be interested or knows someone else who would please let us know.

HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL TRAINING
Speed and functional movement are the core focus in our youth athletic training program. Every exercise, drill and progression that we put our athletes through at the facility will ultimately be tied into our goal of making them as fast and athletic as possible while reducing the risk of injury. Class will cover offensive & defensive fundamentals, strength training, speed & agility, general physical preparation.
A valid membership is required to participate (an individual student membership or be part of a Family Membership).
