Hit Shit and Get Fit. Yep, that's Boxing & Barbell's tagline and we like it. We chose the Boxing & Barbells Online Certification Program for three reasons. 1) the program combines the utilization of strength and HIIT workouts (um, hello, that's what we are all about!), all while teaching advanced boxing techniques and combinations, 2) the boxing methods taught are derived from proven Olympic and professional level boxing principles and techniques, and 3) it's a heckuva lot of fun!
The BRF Boxing Program is a true boxer’s workout.
As we launch this new program, we will begin with the basics before diving into more advanced moves. It delivers an intense workout in a very short time. During each 45-minute workout, you’ll hit the 100lb heavy bag, speed bag, jump rope and more. Broken down into 18 two-minute rounds, the same time as an amateur boxing round. Participants will learn a whole new meaning for the word “intensity.”
People of all ages, all bodies and all abilities are welcome.
Classes are FREE for gym members in January! Not a member yet, join for $40 and then you can register for classes.
Pre-registration is required and you must be a current Brady's Run Fitness member to register. You can simply sign up for a membership and then register for class all via the Gymmaster Member Portal (see box below with link to download the app).

Protect your hands with a pair of boxing gloves and wraps. Wrapping your hands is a fundamental component of boxing training. Boxers wrap their hands to protect the muscles, tendons, and ligaments in the hand and wrist from injury. We will teach you how to wrap your hands properly.
