The BRF Boxing Program is a true boxer’s workout.
BRF BOX sessions deliver an intense workout in a very short time. During each 45-minute workout, you’ll hit the 100lb heavy bag, speed bag, jump rope and more. Broken down into 18 two-minute rounds, participants will learn a whole new meaning for the word “intensity.” People of all ages, all bodies and all abilities are welcome. No previous boxing experience is required.

Pre-registration is required and you must be a current Brady's Run Fitness member to register. You can simply sign up for a membership and then register for class all via the Gymmaster Member Portal (see box below with link to download the app).

Boxers wrap their hands to protect the muscles, tendons, and ligaments in the hand and wrist from injury. We will teach you how to wrap your hands properly.
